Another simple example of a Standard Combined Roller Bearing with mating steel profile. In this design the stub axle of the bearing has been welded to it approrpriate back plate (which we can also supply)The backplate, in turn, has been bolted to a flat steel section.

This is a usful arrangement where being able to remove the bearings (perhaps for assembly or maintenance) is necessary, although we find most customers simply weld the stub axle which is a weldable steel (ST52) to the web of a profiled steel section (which is alsoST52).
