SELF LUBRICATING BEARINGS

These bearings offer the latest in composite, self lubrucating linear bearing technology. They offer exciting opportunities for engineers who require high loads (5000+psi) coupled with low friction (.09 - .12). Futher more, these bearings are able to run on soft, 300 series stainless steel shafting.

CERAMIC COATED BEARINGS

The first alternative to linear ball bushings! Designed to replace linear ball busings that failed because of: rapid oscillation, contamination, shock vibration, washdown/submertion, shaft brinelling (grooving) and noise. This bearing requires lubrication but offers a unique middle ground coefficient of friction between ball bushings and composite, self lubricating bearings (.04 - .08 vs .09 - .12 and higher).

FOOD DRUG APPROVED (FDA) BEARINGS

These bearings come in two FDA acceptable configurations

  1. Stainless steel shell, with FDA acceptable, self lube liner. Off-the-shelf: sizes 3/8" ID - 1" ID (Inner diameter).
  2. Ceramic shell, with FDA acceptable, self lube liner. Off-the-shelf: sizes 3/8" ID - 1"ID.
