An arrangement using a standard box section, profiled steel section, a combined roller bearing welded to a flat section. In this particular application we were able to leave the grease nipple permanently inserted as it was not proud of the back plate. Where a nipple is liable to be proud or you need to roll over the back of the bearing, simply insert a grub screw in its place. The end user can still re-insert the nipple and re-lube when necessary.

In a lot of cases, the channel section is all that is required for system to be self-supporting so this specific application was a bit unusual but it does show the use of a combined roller bearing.
