BALL TRANSFER UNITS - POT ROLLERS - available in Zinc Plate Steel, Stainless Steel & with Steel or Plastic Balls.
The dimensions of these Pot Rollers are identical to most Pot Rollers in use in Europe.They consist of a solid steel block or "pot" with a precision machined hemi-spherical ball carrying bowl inside.With the exception of sizes 12 & 15 even the top cover plate is made from solid turned steel.The top cover plates of sizes up to 60 is shaped to allow the passage over the pot roller of items that have burred or bent edges, and the design also prevents damage to the carrying ball.From size 22 onwards the pots are equipped with felt seals. All references have a hole in the base to allow the egress of dirt, swarf etc. The hole may also be used for lubrication purposes. The whole of this range is also available in STAINLESS STEEL.
To order stainless steel substitute a 5 as the first digit of the second number -for example TR00-530
To Specify Plastic Ball substitue a 1 as the last digit of the first number - for example TR01-530
