Mating Steel Profiles

The mating steel profiles (also known as channels or rails) can be C or I section in shape. They are available in a range of sizes to suit the combined roller bearings.

Most applications use the C section rails, but when there is a telescopic arrangement, the I section rails can be used to enable a multiple stage operation. See application examples.

The rails can be bolted or welded to the main structure or floor, or can be fixed using flanged clamps.

For very heavy duty applications, there is a range of Jumbo bearings with corresponding Jumbo C channels and Jumbo I channels.
