Super Ball Bushings
These ball bushings have the same boundary dimensions as the standard ball bushings and are usually interchangeable.
Super ball bushings offer the advantage of automatic correction of slight errors in alignment through specially designed outer surfaces with the central portion slightly thicker than the ends.
Because of this self alignment feature there is no reduction in load capacity due to pressure between the bushing edge and the shaft. Smooth running is provided as a result of the ground ball tracks. Therefore speeds of up to 3 m/s are possible.

The load capacity rating listed in the above table is only valid if the direction of the load is acting directly on the ball race. If the direction of the load is acting BETWEEN two ball races the load rating is multiplied by factor f. For the sizes 5,8,10,12 & 16 f= 1.41 and for size 20 f= 1.62 and for sizes 25 to 80 f=1.73
