BALL TRANSFER UNITS - CUP ROLLERS- available in Zinc Plated Steel & Stainless Steel - some with plastic balls.
These cost effective and light-weight Ball Transfer Units are formed from zinc plated sheet steel material. The Balls are eitherplastic or stainless steel.The KU30 type of Cup Roller is identical to those commonly in use in Europe.Type KU30-115 is supplied without seals, all the other references having felt seals as standard. Tabbed clips are available for fixing the ball units - see photo & diagram above. Alternatively a tolerance ring can be used.
